The hotel's 2 AA Rosetted Restaurant is widely recognised as one of the Highland's finest. It has a loyal local following and is a superb showcase for our locally-sourced, world class ingredients. Although service here is correct and the tables gleam with spotlessly shining glassware, lovely crockery and cutlery and white linen, it certainly does not have a stiff or formal atmosphere. Menus are excellent and uncomplicated - and special dietary needs are always catered for. And an excellent wine list fine wines from top producers around the world provides plenty of choice, and mark-ups are reasonable.
