Perched on top of a hill and with panoramic views of the Cairngorm mountain range,our restaurant offers a menu packed with delicious seasonal Scottish food. We use the best locally sourced ingredients:tender beef and lamb grazed on the pastures of Strathspey and North Scotland, wild mushrooms handpicked in local woodlands and fresh salads and herbs and vegetables from our own kitchen garden. With ingredients this good we make sure our food is cooked to perfection.
