We believe that some of the best food in the world is produced here on our doorstep and we have a firm commitment to using locally sourced produce and suppliers.
On our menu you’ll see venison and game from our locall butcher SG Mustard , beef from Glebe Farm in nearby Boat of Garten and pork outdoor reared in Cawdor. Organic cheese comes from Ardersier, fish and seafood from West Highland fishing boats.Even our garlic is grown locally.
All eggs used in our restaurant and hotel are free range and milk is supplied by a local dairy. Vegetables are seasonal and in addition to our own kitchen garden produce they are sourced from farms in the Moray area or supplied by local company, Highland Greengrocers.
